You will need certain RPM’s on your server to allow for physical image resizing in PHP.

However a very simple but crude solution would be to simply set the width and height of the image in HTML or CSS to a fixed width.

Thanks, philbooth. It is a crude solution because it changes the size of all images in the post content and single post content. Is there a way to just target the post content and not the single post content?
