    Hi!

    I try to restore a backup to my pages, but the restoration stops every time with an error message:
    Error:WPVIVID_PCLZIP_ERR_NO_ERROR (0)
    What could be the reason for this?

    The error appears because the backup contains a file of 0 KB, which is usually caused by insufficient disk space of the source site web hosting account.

    It is recommended that you check and free up the disk space, then make a new backup.

    Thanks for the quick reply!

    Weird! You say that the error would have already occurred during the backup, if I understood correctly.
    I have taken regular backups with the WPvivid program and I have not once received any error message. I also checked the server’s disk space, which has plenty left. So running out of disk space on the server cannot be the cause.
    If the backup really has the error you mentioned, how can I trust in the future that I can restore the backup if necessary?

    Fortunately, I was finally able to solve the problem without restoring the backup ??
    But, what about in the future….. Can I trust the current WPvivid program, that in an emergency I can get the site working with a backup.

    Thank you for the update on the issue. It’s great to hear that the problem has been resolved.

    Typically, the error occurs when there is insufficient disk space on your web server.

    Verify and free up disk space on both the source and target servers. It is recommended to ensure that the available disk space is at least twice the size of the website to ensure a successful backup/restore operation.

    Please be aware that in shared hosting, the available disk space is shared among multiple users if your site is hosted in such an environment.
