WPvivid Backup shows “backup_db not responding” and fails to take backup

    Hello Team,

    WPvivid Backup is a nice software and works great for my workflow.

    But from yesterday, it is failing to take backup of my website.

    It throws error of “backup_db not responding” and then fails to take backup.

    Help me resolve this issue.

    Hi @ranjitr

    First, please go to the plugin settings > Advanced Settings > Change the ‘PHP Memory Limit for backup’ to 512MB > Save Changes and try to run the backup again.

    If the error persists, can you please send us the full backup log to help identify the problem?

    The plugin stopped working for no reason. The changes you are proposing did not help. I have sent all log files
