There is a conflict most probably with https://themeforest.net/item/mylisting-directory-listing-wordpress-theme/20593226 But that is being sold to thousands of people. If I disable it, it works.

Alright, the problem is with Advanced Editor Tools. This must be disabled: Other instances of the Classic (TinyMCE) editor in wp-admin
