    Hi there,

I’ve installed the WPtouch plugin and I noticed my website went to a blank screen, I have visual composer as page builder as understood there is a conflict between them.
Any suggestion or thoughts on how to solve the issue?

    Hi @izauraaraujo,

Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. In WPtouch Pro, you can try the desktop theme shortcode processing feature, to try to load the content added via your visual composer. WPtouch Pro will attempt to load the desktop theme’s content via ajax in the mobile theme, so that the content is visible to your mobile visitors.

Alternatively, you can use the Mobile Content extension in WPtouch Pro, which allows you to add alternate, mobile-friendly content for your mobile visitors. When the Mobile Content extension is active in WPtouch Pro, you will see the “WPtouch Alternate Mobile Content” editor when editing any page or post. Any content added via the alternate editor will be displayed only in the mobile theme. This is a workaround you can use if there isn’t a significant number of pages or posts that you use visual composer on.

having the same issue as above, visual composer, could you elaborate more or a step by step on how to fix the issue. also WP super cash is having problems with the Wptouch plugin. is there a step by step to fix this issue. thank you

    Hi @robertnando1,

The steps require the installation of the Mobile Content extension, which can only be done in WPtouch Pro. From there, it’s as simple as adding content to a page or post, that you want your mobile visitors to see.

When the Mobile Content extension is active, you’ll see the “WPtouch Alternate Mobile Content” editor area when editing each post or page. Content added there will only be shown in the mobile theme and will not affect the desktop theme and its content at all.
