    I am reading several reviews about how nice this plug-in is…I wouldnt know because I can’t get it to work. Would be nice if you could rely on customer service, especially after posting an issue that is over a day old and your revenue depends on the functionality of the plug-in.

  • Took about 3 seconds to get working. You must be doing something wrong? Examples…what you did would help…

    “over a day old”? Try 2 months! If you’re on the paid version I could understand, but it’s free software… I’ve also never got it to work – posted in the support forum more than once but never had a response. Obviously I could pay for it and then that *should* guarantee me that it gets sorted, but can’t be sure it’d not be a waste of money.

    There are almost six million downloads for WPtouch, and we’ve attempted to support it the best we can for nearly six years now. But we are simply unable to keep up with the demands of so many people, which is why the Pro version was created. There’s a 14-day money back guarantee with the Pro version, so if you have an issue that can’t be resolved, you’re entitled to a refund. We try and chime in here when we can, but rely on the goodwill of others in the forums to chip in and lend a hand with issues people are having.
