[Wptouch] mobile usability issue

  • Wptouch helped the website: https://chakrijogot.com to boost google mobile speed test from 25 to 45. Which is why I am a big fan of it.

    Recently from 25th april google started to detect mobile usability issue: “clickable elements too closer together” and ” text too small to read” and effected 35 posts.

    I am using autooptimize and w3 total cache. I did configured the cache settings carefully following the guides from wprouch cache configure guide.

    But I am still finding the same problem on mobile friendly test by google.

    After trying several things, i decided to deactivate wptouch as long as i could fix the issue. I need your support. Please, thank you!

  • I have had similar issues with the Mobile Usability issue, in addition the Mobile Content section below the desktop content is not working with my theme either. I have also attempted to reset my login details on the WP Touch website, but no reset options are emailed to me. Also this is day two of using there support email address with no response at all. I fear the worst, that they have stopped working on the support and also new versions of the plugin. My website https://www.casinofootball.co.uk is likely to need a complete revamp now because of this issue. If anyone can take a look at the site and advise, I would be very grateful.
