I have 10 published posts set to show in the mobile theme (Bauhaus 1.4.9) settings specified using the WPtouch (not the Pro option) plugin 3.8.6. As of today, only the first 5 posts are displaying on the home page slider. This was working properly until recently; all were displayed. All of the posts listed vertically beneath the slider on the home page are present – so at least they are all accessible there.

All the posts are displayed on the desktop version of the website; just not on the mobile version. I am using the Safari App which is apparently up to date on iPhone 5C iOS 8.4.1.

Here is the home page URL: lawheelmen.org

I have done the following trying to determine the cause of this problem:

Downloaded the Google Chrome App to my iPhone see if it works properly there. It does not – same problem as on Safari.

Checked that none of the missing post categories are being excluded in the theme settings. None are.

Checked that the number of posts in blog theme setting is set high enough. It specifies 10
though only the first 5 are showing.

Updated WPtouch plugin to the latest version after backing up the website.

Activated and de-activated every active plugin one at a time checking each time whether the problem went away. It didn’t.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Thanks!
    Jacques

It seems I finally found the solution. Making all of the posts to display “sticky” apparently fixed this. If that was the setting before, then somehow it got changed.

I just installed the newest version of wptouch 3.8.7 and my sticky posts stop displaying on both the mobile and desktop displays. When I turned off the featured slider, they all came back. So for now I am running without that feature. This was not a problem before the upgrade.
