    Hello

When I activate WPtouch, all I can see on my iPhone is the word “Home” and pretty much nothing else. I’ve tried adjusting several settings, but I can’t seem to resolve it.

The web site is here: https://staxxon.com

We would like to purchase the Pro version, but want to make sure the site looks good with this plugin first.

    Thanks for any help.

    Sherry

  • Hello Sherry. We don’t see that WPtouch is active on your site at this time so it’s tough to address the issue you reported. We can tell you, though, that if your home page is based on a custom page template or relies upon an abundance of sidebars, shortcodes, or other custom-to-your-desktop-theme functionality, WPtouch will not be able to display your content as you might expect.

WPtouch Pro does allow for inclusion of the above functionality BUT because every WordPress installation is unique due to plugins, themes, and other customizations, we are unable to predict with certainty whether your individual WPtouch Pro installation will be 100% compatible with your individual setup out-of-the-box. To accommodate as many website setups as possible, WPtouch Pro is built to allow for customization and our dedicated support team is available to provide personalized assistance as part of your WPtouch Pro purchase.

Be aware that WPtouch and WPtouch Pro are not merely extensions of one another. They are built differently to accommodate different levels of needs.

Every purchase of WPtouch Pro comes with a 7-day trial period during which you will have access to our customer support forums, documentation, and our support team. During the seven day trial, if you find the product not to be satisfactory, you may request a full refund for any reason.

Thank you so much for the reply. I’m pretty sure that the custom home page is the problem.

I will give WPtouch Pro a try.

    Thanks again.

Be sure to take advantage of the support documentation and the team’s assistance to get your site up and running as you’d like it. Support hours are M-F 9am to 5pm PST. Docs are available through your BraveNewCode account area 24/7.
