WPTouch Doesn't Make My Site Google Mobile Friendly

I installed WPtouch on https://www.geekyard.com and when I visit the site with my smartphone I could see it’s in mobile mode. But when I check in Google Mobile Friendly site (https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/) It shows the following errors,
Page appears not mobile-friendly
This page uses 3 resources which are blocked by robots.txtI tried modifying the robots.txt but of no use. Can someone guide me how to fix this issue?
