    Hi there

I’ve just installed the free WP Touch version on 2 sites. It’s working really well and I’m thinking of upgrading to the pro version for up to 5 sites. But I have a few questions:

    1. Is it possible to change the mint green in the header area to another color in the free version?

    2. A few people who’ve reviewed your product say the plugin doesn’t work and you don’t give good support. I’d want good, prompt support if I buy the pro version. What is your response to the criticism?

    3. One of my sites had a glitch that means my posts wouldn’t show up on the blog/news page if I try to assign this as the posts page in my WP reading settings. I followed advice I found in WP support forums to NOT select any page as the page for my posts. My posts now appear in the correct location on my desktop, but the posts page is blank in the WP Touch mobile view. Any advice?

    Here is the page:

Hi @rdranson, thanks for your questions.

All of WPtouch’s colours can be controlled from changes to the basic CSS, either in the files, or from within our Custom Code editors.

We’re aware that some people have left negative feedback regarding our support, and like any company we’re sometimes at fault, and sometimes we’re not. We work hard to ensure all our customers are supported in the best way possible, our support team is available throughout the week to answer questions of our WPtouch Pro customers, and we believe strongly that we offer excellent support.

Without knowing the specific issues with your site, and understanding why your theme has altered how WordPress stores blog posts, I can’t really comment on why they’re not appearing on a specific page, c.
