Hello. The “too many redirects” error usually means that you’ve set the Home Page Re-Direction > WPtouch Home Page option to be the same page as you have set in your WordPress Settings > Reading thereby creating an infinite loop.
When you want your mobile theme and desktop theme to display the same homepage, simply select “WordPress Settings” for the WPtouch Home Page. That should clear things up for you and and allow your mobile theme to display as expected.
The desktop version of the site (https://www.striperexpress.com) is unaffected and serves normally to desktop users while mobile users get error codes.
WPtouch’s mobile theme will not affect your desktop theme nor viewing experience when on a non-mobile device.
Please be aware that the free version of WPtouch does not offer capabilities to handle advanced desktop theme functionality such as custom post types, custom page templates, and shortcodes. If your desktop theme uses one or more of those, you’ll want to give WPtouch Pro a try as it is specifically built to be flexible enough to accommodate a wide variety of desktop themes’ features and functionality.
There’s a 7-day trial period for WPtouch Pro during which you have full access to support and documentation to help you set up your desktop theme’s advanced functionality in your mobile theme. You may request a refund at any time within the trial period if you are not happy.
