WPTC : Previously connected site url

I’m getting the following on a few sites, even though I have not changed anything:

WPTC : Previously connected site url (https://www.mysite.com/site/) mismatches with current site url (https://www.mysite.com/) in WP Time Capsule – Replace the original site or Sign up as a new site.

Where do I replaced the original site?
