WPSofts Premium Grid Kit Activation Issues

I recently purchased the Premium GridKit plugin by WPSofts. I paid, downloaded, and activated the plugin. When I click on the plugin to use it, a screen comes up asking me to enter the activation Key. When I enter the activation key, the plug in will not activate. There is a spinning icon that shows up, and it just never activates. I have let this run for 3-4 hours and still nothing. I have email every WPSoft email address that I can find on their website, and also called the number on the pricing page…There has been zero response from the emails, and the phone number just rings and then goes to user busy.

Any help would be fantastic.
