WPSimplePay cannot retrieve Stripe account

    Hi there,

    we have logged into our wordpress back end today and seen that the WPSimplePay plugin cannot retrieve our stripe account details.

    What would cause this? It also does not give us the option to reactivate our stripe account.

    Hello @markbookacampa

    There can be many causes for this. What I’d recommend is to sign out of your Stripe account, disconnect from Stripe in Simple Pay admin, then attempt to re-connect in the Simple Pay admin.

    Sometimes there are issues with the initial connect process, and logging out of everything and trying again seems to rectify the issue.
