wpseo_pre_analysis_post_content bug?

I’m using the wpseo_pre_analysis_post_content filter to add parsed shortcode to the content before Yoast analysis. It’s working for that… but I’m experiencing a bug that I seem to have isolated to this filter which is causing the pages which I’m targeting with the filter to change their permalinks spontaneously when saved.

Also.. I’m confused… I’ve seen some examples where the function handling the filter takes 2 arguments (the content and a post argument.. not sure if it’s supposed to be a post object, id, or what), and some examples where it takes only 1 (the content)…

Any help would be appreciated…
