WPS Hide Login not working after installation properly

Permalinks or .htaccess ?

URL default: /login
I tried reinistall the wordpress and it still not work.

FTP : delete wp-content/plugins/wps-hide-login and retry with wp-admin ?

It works normally. Just only I cannot use your plugin and I really want it.

NGINX ou apache ?

Okey go to reinstall and change directly URL in settings > WPS Hide Login

When I changed the URL in setting > WPS Hide Login. At the same time, I open new broswer in incognito mode and access to the custom url. The error message not found url in my server.

I forgot to mention that my website is set up with SSL Certificate.

You have an conflict with an another plugin or with configuration server.

I have used WPS hide login MANY times with out issue and my newest install is having this same issue….
the login url does not work after activating your plugin and I have to delete wps hide login to get the default login page to work so I can login…..

This is a fresh install with no other plugins installed at all…
something has changed…

@andrewvettese I knew that, I tried install WPS Hide login with fresh install wordpress but still no luck. Author plugin mention about misconfiguration in server, so it might be my case because I did not use hosting instead i used digital ocean.

What server control panel are you using?
my plesk server is having the issue here…

The 1 thing I noticed different on my server is that I got a plesk update between the time of installing my working and the not working wps hide login… Maybe something changed in plesk?

@andrewvettese I used Apache to host. I also try to setup wordpress at root directory and still no luck. I might be give up on this plugin.

It has to be something stupid… I use this plugin on many existing sites and they are all still working… AND it is a great security plugin… so I recommend installing once the issues is figured out… I am trying to dind the difference between my working and not working site…

I can not find a difference between my working and not working installs except that plesk updated inbetween… I am giving up for now… hopefully the developer of wps hide login will find an issues and update us…

@andrewvettese @nicolaskulka I finally successfully get it works. The problem was about the server configuration. Previously I did not know to redirect the home url to the wordpress and I change wordpress directory in apache2 folder. Instead of doing it, I set up htaccess and reinstall the plugin and everything works really great. I happy with this plugin.
