Installed WPS Hide Login and then tried to access my website e.g. worldinturmoil.com but the dashboard is immediately displayed e.g worldinturmoil.co,/wp-admin without any login screen for username and password entry. Therefore no security at all.
Currently WPS Hide Login is disabled.
I am running Wordfence plugin which does a very good job of blocking attacks but generates loads of failed login attempt notifications.
Could this be a conflict?

Has anybody experienced this issue?

Hi @roam1950

If you are logged into WordPress and you load your home page then the home page will load but you will see the WordPress administration tool bar at the top of the page.

Wordfence will not redirect you to a WordPress administration page.

As this started after you installed the WPS Hide Login plugin then I suggest you ask them for support as they may know what is causing this non-standard redirect.

As far as we are aware there are no conflicts between Wordfence and the WPS Hide Login plugin.

I got a good tip from a guy to use incognito mode, ctrl+shift+N, which was successful, i don’t know why though.

It changes the /wp-login display to an obscure text and /wp-admin throws up a 404 error message. However, as stated with, WPS Hide Login active, we re still being bombarded by attacks which wordfence is handling, no problem, but it would be good to deter the atacks and hopefully stop them.
