WPRM – Edit Recipe

  • Hi,
    Something weired is happening in WPRM. I am using the same login Id at two different places (work / home) .
    So from the same Id i am able to edit the existing recipe on one computer but not on the another computer.
    I make sue i logout of the account when i am switching to another computer.
    Also tried using different browsers as well.

    Any clue how to rectify?

    Sounds like it might be some kind of caching problem. Are you using any caching plugins? Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

    What’s going wrong when trying to edit the recipe on the other computer? You’re just not seeing it on the WP Recipe Maker > Manage page?

    Yes. I was using Cache Plugin, but i have deactivated it to check earlier. Didn’t work!

    Also i cant edit the recipe on the plugin page or the post page.. just not anywhere.
    Tried to debug the problem, when i click on edit recipe button i get the following ReferenceError: WPRM_Modal is not defined
    I think its some Jquery error, but don’t know how to rectify.

    What browser are you using? Did you try clearing the browser cache as well?

    I have tried in Chrome / Firefox / Edge.
    Tried by clearing cache from browser as well as from Admin.

    This is the latest 6.2.2 version of the plugin?

    Chrome is updated to its latest 83.x version?

    I had the same issue but turned out to be a plugin conflict FYI ??

    One of my clients was using “BoldThemes WordPress Importer”, never heard of it but after checking console errors on the dashboard I saw that it had a broken loop in the JS.

    Once I deactivated this plugin the WP Recipe Maker plugin worked fine.

    Hope this helps someone…
