    Hi, Can you tell me if this error is coming from Profile Builder (wppb)? I am using 3.0.5

    Yes, this error is coming from the Profile Builder.

    On a few rare server configurations, the signups table fails to be created automatically, and so it needs to be created manually.

    I am going to send you a file that you can import into phpMyAdmin and it will create the needed table.

    In order to generate the file for you, I will need the following information:

    table prefix
    storage engine
    collation

    In phpMyAdmin, you can click on a table then go to the Operations tab to find the values for Storage Engine and Collation (table options column).
