• Hello Jacob,

I am reaching out to inform you about an issue we are encountering with WPPA+ which is preventing access to the wp-admin section of our website when the plugin is activated.

After enabling the WPPAP plugin, we consistently receive an Error 500, making it impossible to access the wp-admin dashboard directly. However, when we deactivate the plugin, the wp-admin section becomes accessible again. We have narrowed down the issue to the WPPAP plugin by systematically disabling other plugins and themes.

Interestingly, we can still access the dashboard with the WPPAP plugin enabled by using alternative URLs for wp-admin, such as /wp-admin/plugins.php or /wp-admin/options-general.php. Nonetheless, the main wp-admin page remains inaccessible, causing inconvenience.

Thank you for the assistance or guidance you can provide in resolving this issue. Please let us know if you could provide a solution or are aware of any known conflicts with other plugins or themes.

We look forward to your response and assistance in resolving this matter.

    Best regards,

    Michel

PS: Nous fonctionnons avec la dernière version de WPPA+ (merci pour votre envoi ??).

Error 500 means Internal server error.

I would like to know the text of the errormessage.

Either from the server error log or from any plugin that may intercept errors and log them elsewhere.
