WPPA existing links and shortcodes no more show photos

    Hi,
    I have a problem and I don’t know when it appeared. I discovered that direct url links as well as shortcodes added to a post to show single photos do not work any more: https://wp.ksg-ger.de/winterwanderung/ or https://wp.ksg-ger.de/kanu-fahren-am-oberen-neckar/

    Galleries on their own page do work however. I tried to newly insert urls and shortcodes. No chance. Version 6.6.13 of the plugin is installed. Due to several trials to remedy the problem via ftp-server, update to 6.6.14 is no more possible.

    This is most likely caused by wrong file access rules (chmod).
    I get this error when i try to load the image using the url in the page source:
    https://wp.ksg-ger.de/wp-content/uploads/wppa/1060.jpg?ver=3

    
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /wp-content/uploads/wppa/1060.jpg on this server.

    Set the accessrights on ../wp-content/ and all its sub folders to 0755
    This will make it also possible to update to 6.6.14

    You can also try to fix a possible .htaccess problem by selecting
    create 'all access' .htaccess files
    in Table IV-A18: Enable photo html access
