    Hi there
Following the DEPRECATED WIDGET NOTE shown on our WP backoffice we erased the old widget and created blocks to replace it.
This is the note: “Important notice for administrators: The WordPress Popular Posts “classic” widget is going away! This widget has been deprecated. Please replace it with the WordPress Popular Posts block or the wpp shortcode as soon as possible”

Now we have the block live, with exactly the same parameters of the erased one, but besides it displaying everything properly while editing, when going to the live homepage nothing is shown. Just a red/black dynamic line.

    What to do now?
    What a pain

    Hi @orinocotribune,

I can see your popular posts list though?

    Wow
    Weird
This is how it looks from our side:

I just tested it on a private session, to get rid of the cache, and at least it is showing one piece, I mean it is showing the same thing that you shared in the photo above. The lack of more pieces might be the result of us earlier flushing everything in desperation.
But it is weird that on my regular session it is still not being displayed properly.

Any suggestions is welcomed, because we wonder how our readers might be seeing it.

I suspect this is because you / someone from your team enabled the Data Sampling feature but it’s not properly configured for your current traffic levels. Either make sure you’re using the right sampling rate or disable Data Sampling altogether.

But it is weird that on my regular session it is still not being displayed properly.

Most likely something browser related on your end. Try using a different web browser (eg. Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc) and/or hard-refresh your browser’s cache and try again.

Sorry for coming back after several days, but the issue remains.
The behavior (widget not showing anything on regular visitors) remains. This behavior do not varies upon changing browsers.
The issue could always be bypassed by opening a private session, but we can not ask our readers to do so.

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated

    Hey @orinocotribune,

Just checked your site and, once again, everything seems to be working as expected:

    Am I missing anything?
