WPP Not Tracking All Views

Hi,

We have been using WPP on our sites from last year it has been working very well but recently its not tracking all the views it shows less then a 100 views in 24hrs but the site gets thousand of views.
Also upgraded the plugin to latest version but still same. Please help.
