WPP list showing old posts from a few years ago

    Something weird is happening because the plugin has starting showing posts from a few years ago when it normally shows the most popular posts from the last 7 days. I’ve tried flushing the cache multiple times on the WordPress site as well as in the plugin settings directly, and every time it pulls a mixture of recent posts from the last week and posts from a few years ago. How do I fix this?

    Hi @myntillae,

    Well, that’s the expected behavior by default. The plugin will list the most popular posts according to your site’s activity (page views for example) regardless of when these posts where first published.

    If you only want popular posts that were published within the last 7 days then you’ll want to use the freshness parameter with your [wpp] shortcode, like so for example:

    [wpp limit=10 stats_views=0 stats_author=1 freshness=1]
