“WPP: Couldn’t read JSON data”

    Hello,

    I am using WPP from few months without any issues on my wordpress site and today all of a sudden it stopped registering views so i looked at chrome console and it was giving this error “WPP: Couldn’t read JSON data” with link to this file /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popular-posts/assets/js/wpp.min.js?ver=6.3.3

    Steps i have already tried:-
    1. Activating/Deactivating
    2. Install plugin again
    3. Cleared cache multiple times
    4. No minfiy option enabled in caching plugin (wp-rocket)

    I tried health check and troubleshoot and when i installed default theme even with all plugins enabled WPP was working again. But i don’t understand why this is happening because everything is as it is from last few months no updates, no changes nothing.

    Please help me to fix it ASAP.
