• Don’t make the same mistake that I did when I trusted their offer of FREE TRIAL. I subscribed to a 2-week free trial so I could install one of their plugins. They said that if they canceled my subscription before the end of the 14-day trial, I won’t be charged and I could continue to use their plugin. I canceled my subscription a day before the end of my trial period, but they charged me $49.99 each month for 2 months after that, without my permission and without any notifications. They did not even send me a receipt until the second month. When I received a receipt on the second month, I quickly raised the issue with them. Initially, they offered to refund me one $49.99 but I told them I want two months of refund because the amount was deduced from my personal debit card. I said, my company will pay for a one year membership using the company credit card instead. After more than a week of correspondence, they decided not to refund me a single cent. BEWARE, wpmudev.org is a scam.

  • Hey there @wongfeihung666 sorry you’re feeling this well, I see you have emailed us as well. Our accounts staff is replying to that now if they haven’t already sent it ??

I just want to be clear that we refunded your Oct 22nd payment back on Oct 24th, not long after you first contacted us. Depending on your credit card provider it can sometimes take several days for that refund to reflect on your bank statement.

When you sign up for the trial it is made clear that it’s a 14 day free trial with an automatic $49/mo payment thereafter unless cancelled via your account page or contacting us. We have no record of a cancellation or attempted cancellation on your account and thus charges were made; however, as mentioned above we did refund your last one.
