WPMU default values

Hi hellonico,

At first, I want to say thanks for this plugin.

We wanted to use it on WordPress multisite installation. Problem was that it didn’t create default values on all blogs after using “network activate” function.

We had to adjust code of plugin. We want to share this changes with you. GitHub pull request is here: https://github.com/nlemoine/wp-better-emails/pull/13

Please, check changes and merge it with your master branch, if it is possible.
