wpms sitemap how to delete or where to find

  • Hi
    I just want to know how to delete the sitemap which is generated with WP Meta SEO. If I delete the plugin the sitemap still exist as a blank. Where is it located in the first place? How to remove it completely?

  • Hi,

    Once the sitemap is generated (on the first sitemap setting saving action) and the plugin activated you’ll find the .xml file at the root of your WordPress install, it’s called: wpms-sitemap.xml

    If you uninstall the plugin and remove the file, the sitemap won’t be re-generated of course.
