Asland, I didn’t write it properly. My problem is that I have a color filter problem with WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency with WPML. It is not active or I will send you the link, please. The language that is the native language is the back translation, the place you need to look at the language is the color filter, see every language, please, I do not have a wpml subscription, please help me.

Unfortunately, we are only allowed to provide support for the standalone version of WooCommerce Multilingual, for anything related to translations, it has to be done with WPML support.

Then only thing I can recommend you to try is to remove your filters and try to add them again. If that doesn’t work, check if the plugin that you are using is WPML compatible. If the problem persist, contact WPML support.

WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency is already a problem and this problem is caused by your plugin, it has nothing to do with wpml, it depends on the product filter WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin, please check it, I would appreciate it if you could try to understand the problem even a little bit.

As you have initially explained and as it is displayed in the video, the problem appears when you switch languages, so WPML is definitively involved.

I recommend you to try the previous recommendations and also try WPML troubleshooting options. However, we can’t provide you support in this forum as this is a WPML related question and there is a?no commercial support policy?allowed here on WordPress forums.
