Waiting for some kind of solutions, if anyone is in the same post as I am, her eis a solution:
    Go to:
    WPML
    String translation
Bottom of the page: translate string in admin area
Go to: Not included in string translation
Send this string to translation: [wc_sendinblue_settings]ws_opt_field_label
Now, You will find the string in the string translation page

    Hello @biancaakanaonda,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I can confirm that WPML is unfortunately not compatible with our plugin.

Could you please clarify, however, if the process detailed on the WPML forum has worked for you? I will also check with our developers if a fix was ever implemented.

I look forward to your response!

    Kindly,

    Hi Alice,
    it hasn’t.

I found a workarount to make translation work as explained in my previous post.

It would be great if your plugin could be compatible with wpml in the future, tho ??

Anyhow: which translation solution can you suggest us in order to translate content of automation and such?

    Thanks!
    Bianca

    Hello @biancaakanaonda,

    Thanks for your response.

I have confirmed with one of our developers that we have not yet implemented a fix for the opt-in translation issue. We will of course update you when we do.

With regards to translation, could you clarify if you want to translate templates, forms etc. or if you want to incorporate different languages into a workflow? The latter is done with IF/ELSE conditions but let me know and I will happily provide further direction.

    Kindly,

    Thanks Alice ??

I’d like to send different automation emails (in this case abandoned cart emails).

If a customer is navigating and hence adding products in the italian version of the site, i’d like to send an italian email.
If the customer is browsing then adding products from the EN version of the site I’d like to send him the en version on the abandoned cart email.

Hope I pictured the flow in a good manner ??

    Hello @biancaakanaonda ,

    Thanks for reaching out.

You will need to create a separate template for each language and then use IF/ELSE conditions throughout your abandoned cart workflow to differentiate between languages. The IF/ELSE condition will likely be based on the URL of your shop e.g. IF/ELSE > EN shop URL > YES > send EN template.

You can also refer to our marketing automation articles:
