    Hi,
We can’t translate the buttons or the content because the strings do not show up in WPML String Translation. Can you please help?

  • Hi, go on wp dashboard to wpml – theme and plugins localization – strings in the plugins – select cookieyes and register strings if you haven’t done yet.

    Hi @erdincyildiz,

    Greetings from CookieYes!

Make sure you have installed every supporting plugin of WPML and go to Themes and Plugins localization > Strings in the Plugin and select our plugin name. In the string translation, a list of the registered strings will appear.

If you are using our revamped version, you can translate the button text and banner content within the plugin itself as long as the language is on the available language list.

I already had the plugin strings scanned but they don’t show up. We have the new verson installed and 2 languages.
