• Hi,
I’m using your testimonial widget with wpml. I can translate everything, works like a charme.

I’m using a shortcode and insert a testimonial slider by category (home) on the english page.
    [testimonials_slider category=home order=asc refresh_interval=3 show_start_stop="false"]

Then I want to insert the translations on the german page. I’ve chosen another category (zuhause) for the german testimonials.
    [testimonials_slider category=zuhause order=asc refresh_interval=3 show_start_stop="false"]

The english onres they show up, but the germans I get only the “no testimonials found” feedback.

    Don’t know what’s wrong there…
    Thank you

    Hi quentro,

I am sorry about the trouble.

Can you please make sure that the category names being used in the shortcode are correct ? https://awesomescreenshot.com/0705vh5fa5

Also, check if any other plugins conflicting with the same.

    Thanks

    Hi,

thank you for your reply. The categories are correct and no plugin conflicts. It works somehow on the english site, but it doesn’t on the german one. If you like, you can take a look ?? I can send you the credentials via facebook.

Side note: I am pretty sure this has been discussed already but just in case.

@saurabhd and @subharanjan I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

I am sorry about the situation above and thanks for the suggestions & pointing out the legal issues that could arise because of this.

I will keep this in mind while supporting on the forum.

    Thank You !!
