But if you go to another language for example french you will see that if I try to subscribe it always give ‘Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.’. What is going wrong?

What error do you see in the log under MC4WP > Other?

I don’t get any logs, I only get a log when I try to subscribe in the english version that this emailaddress is already subscribed. But when I do this the same for dutch, french, polish and german I don’t get any log.

How did you translate the forms?
If you are using WPML to create multiple forms in our free plugin and it’s not working I recommend contacting WPML support about that.

If you are using our Premium add-on that allows multiple forms I recommend to make a separate form for each language.

We indeed just translate the forms with WPML translation management.

Is there a way I can delete my form and just restart?
For the moment we only have the free version. So I cannot access all my forms because I can only create one.

    Hi,

It might be best to ask WPML for support with this, maybe they know a way of deleting the extra forms created with their plugin.

    Kind regards,

But is it possible to delete the form created by MC4WP?

The free version has only 1 form so there is no way to create or delete it.
And even if there was, it would create only 1 translation of the form I suppose?

When WPML first created support for translating forms we tested their integration and agreed that we are fine with them offering this feature but we won’t be able to provide any support on it due to the way it’s working. Especially since we ourselves offer a solution via the Premium add-on that works flawlessly.
