WPML Multilingual CMS Demands Install But Gives Error Message

    Error message when trying to activate plugin:
    WPML Multilingual CMS

    Fatal error: Specified key was too long; max key length is 1000 bytes in /home/kevinf5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/inc/sitepress-schema.php on line 366

    I am clueless on how to fix this. It is annoying and popping up constantly and everywhere.
