WPML language switcher redirects to live site

    Hi,
    Thank you for this awesome plugin!
    I’m using WPML and WP staging.
    Cloning etc goes perfectly fine, but switching language on the staging site redirects to the live site.

    How can this be resolved?

    Hi,

    its hard to say. It could be a missing link replacement, a custom entry in your htaccess or anything else.

    I solved the problem by changing how WPML acts. I had the language in custom folders e.g. yourdomain.com/en/

    I simply switched it to url based language (yourdomain.com/lang=en?) and everything works.
