WPML is costing us money – Support is lacklustre

  • In theory WPML has powerful features, but also has constant issues, especially with WooCommerce stores. Issues that end up costing money! Support is mostly clueless and not helpful at all. Instead of helping with the specific issue, you get endless predetermined troubleshooting steps, that have seemingly no connection to the actual problem and will be gone through without any success, before just giving up. No accountability, no support.
