    Hi,

I’m testing your plugin on a multilingual website based on WPML.

In WPML settings I activated the option to show the reviews in all languages. This works fine for the product reviews, as it correctly shows all the existent reviews for the single product, no matter what language is being used, as you can see in this screenshot:

    However I found out that:

    1) If I activate the “Review summary bar” in CusRev settings, the counter only takes into account the reviews in the current language, which is misleading. See here:

    2) If I use this shortcode

    [cusrev_all_reviews number="0"]

to show the shop reviews on the homepage, only the reviews in the current language are shown, so the behavior is different from the product reviews (show all reviews regardless of the language in use) and there’s not even a link to reveal the reviews in other languages. Obviously in this scenario the counter is not correct too.

For example, if I have a review written in german, this is what I see on the website if I visit it with english language selected:

And this is what I see with german language selected:

    3) If I activate the floating trust badge, the shop reviews’ counter does not count any review, even if I’m on the german language (which has a review written in german). On the other hand, the product reviews’ counter is counting the reviews in all languages. This is what I see on the website with german language selected, but it is the same for every language:

Can you please help with these issues?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thank you for using our plugin and for your feedback.

1, 2. I can see two issues on my demo site.

    3. I do not see that. The floating badge still displays the same reviews in all languages.

Also, it is a compatibility issue with a feature of WPML, not an issue with our plugin so I will inform our development team to consider taking a look and fixing it. But not in a short time.
