WPML help wanted

Dear all,

I had two sites one English and one Dutch and I decided to make one multi language site so I installed the Customizr theme and WPML plugin.

Now I changed all the pages and the site looks almost like I want, but there are some things I want to change. So when someone has experiences with the theme and WPML plugin it would be nice to et in touch with you.

First thing is in the menu bar there is the language switch. This is two languages but I want to have them next to each other and not like it is now. Better is to have it somewhere else in the site where it is visible no matter where you navigate to.
