    Hi,

I have problem with WPML translated pages. There is a bug on header – white space is overlapping the menu and header on translated pages. On main page everything is ok? How to fix this?

Another thing – when I try edit header and click on global header – there are no options and I cant go back.

    Im using Blocksy and Elementor.

  • Hi @sewelodesign

It seems that there is a language widget injected into your header by the looks of it. Could you please double check WPML’s settings to see if they add any language switching widget, because that little red icon looks like a flag.

Also, regarding the editing of the header, could you please double check you have updated both Blocksy and its companion plugin? This is usually a problem that happens because they haven’t been both updated to the latest versions.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks

Theme and companion are lastest versions. Yes, that icon is a flag, WPML is adding language switcher into the menu, but that’s only place where it is.

Look at the website, please select a different language than english
    website link

    Hi @sewelodesign

Oh, I see the issue now. You’ll have to adjust the Content Area Vertical spacing for the foreign languages as well, as they are separate pages and have separate settings.

For English, you’ve probably set the content vertical area spacing to none. Do the same for the other homepages as well.

    Thanks

I tried that but it didn’t work. It looks like something is glitching because when I try edit header with design option – when I click on design – options are disappearing

    Hello @sewelodesign,
Well that’s weird, this doesn’t happen on our end.
Could you please try to deactivate all your plugins besides Blocksy Companion and also clear your caches – then try again.

Let us know if this will help.

Still the same, I deactivated everything and nothing helps :/

    Hello @sewelodesign,
I still can’t reproduce this issue, everything seems to work fine on my end.

You should consider hiring someone so that you can give them direct access to the site for a far more efficient investigation/fix than we can provide here.
