WPML doesnt work

To investigate the issue further we need some more information. Which translation plugin do you use to translate the products and carousel? Kindly share the page link of the carousel and make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin.

Hello. We are using the WP Bakery page builder and WPML for translations. There are two languages – Slovak and Czech. And also mutlicurrency: €->SK and CZK (?eská koruna)->CZ.
Link to shop: https://www.esteri.sk and https://www.esteri.cz – please, check the SK version first.
There is your carousel, based on latest products, but I would say, products are selected randomly… ?
So you want see the problem everytime you open the page.

The third product links to the correct SK URL of product, but the title of product is Czech (We have no symbol like ě and ? in slovak language)

Unfortunately, we couldn’t take a look at the websites. Both of the websites seem to be down due to fatal errors. We would like to investigate the issue further. We would appreciate it if you communicate with us when those sites are live again. We will inspect the products and try to figure out the reason behind the duplications.

It seems you are using the same shortcode for both languages. To avoid this issue, you have to translate the shortcode into both languages or duplicate it. You have to enable the shortcode post-type translation from the WPML settings. Check the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/NgwTFGDUPoAO

Translate the shortcode or duplicate it and use the different shortcodes for each language. Hopefully, the issue will be fixed.
