WPML compatibility?

    Hello,
    I can’t find a way to translate the subject and body of email tempaltes.
    Aren’t them post types?

    Hi,

    I apologize for the delay in reply. As I was occupied in our Abandoned Cart Pro plugin update related work.

    No, the subject and body of email templates of our plugin are not post type. And our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin is not compatible with “WPML”.

    We are creating our own table in the database in which all the content of the email template will be stored. And we will use them for sending the abandoned cart reminder email.

    So, if you will translate the string in the subject and body of the email template then it will send the translated string in the abandoned cart reminder email.

    Also, I would like to let you know that our Abandoned Cart PRO for Woocommerce plugin is compatible with WPML plugin. You can translate the email templates using WPML. Once the abandoned cart email templates have been translated in WPML, then the emails will be sent to the customers in the same language in which they have abandoned the cart.
