WPML bug in displaying tags

Hi,
You fixed the WPML bug with custom taxonomies in 2.4 but I still have a strange issue.
The default language is Dutch and the other language is English.
Viewing the tagcloud in English only shows me the tags associated to the English posts.
Viewing the tagcloud in Dutch shows me all tags, both English and Dutch.
