WPML + Awesome support, tickets page always go to default language.

Out of the box, the plugin supports a single language (english or french or arabic etc.). It does not support multiple simultaneous languages (eg: english + french + arabic ).

MOST of the areas of the plugin support multiple simultaneous languages but some do not – such as the areas you’re experiencing. You will need to add some custom code to get the pages to direct to the proper urls.

We recently added two new filters to the plugin to help developers with this but they are only going to be available in the next release. You or your developers can back-port those filters if you like (https://github.com/Awesome-Support/Awesome-Support/commit/b0f611f9d7a1595a13b2c47e19e12a50b4ede6f7).
