Indeed it’s an old bug. There is an issue open since March here: https://github.com/ThemeAvenue/Awesome-Support/issues/71

The problem is that WPML does a lot of bad things and they don’t seem to be interested in getting it fixed. We tried to get in touch with them to no avail. If someone knows a WPML employee I’ll be glad to be put in touch.

Well, so I need to choose on WPML and Awesome support ! ??
When I opened a ticket on wpml for this bug, they have just tell me to desactivate your plugin lol.

Yeah I think that illustrates the problem: we tried to find a solution with them, but they don’t care and just tell you to deactivate our plugin…

I have a good new for you !
The last wpml version and your last plugin version are COMPATIBLE ??

It s ok now. Just a thing, my wp timezone are not set on your debuggin tools. Where I need to set it. On setting wordpress, it s set.

That is indeed really good news luciver! Thanks for reporting it.

Regarding the timezone, it’s the one in WordPress general settings. Maybe you just need to hit save in the settings page for it to be taken into account.

It’s indeed possible to display translations of the forms on the frontend pages, but is it also possible to translate email template contents? If so , please tell me, because I can’t find out how.
