wp.me directing to old URL

  • I have a self hosted WP site. https://www.NEWURL.com

    I recently changed URLs from https://OLDURL.com

    I use the Jetpack WP.me Shortlinks and Publicize features. Overall I love them, but the wp.me plugin was using my old URL. I finally got that fixed (thanks to another post), but I need to change all the old wp.me URLs to point to the new url. How can I accomplish this?
