WPLMS header transparency not working

    I am using WPLMS (version 2.0.8) with Demo1-Sample-Data. Want the <header> and the #headertop to be transparent at normal position. Added the CSS – header{background: rgba(0,0,0,.2);} and it’s showing a solid grey header background.

    It’s working for the #headertop (since my #headertop is sticky) when scrolled down with the added CSS – #headertop{background: rgba(0,0,0,.2);}, but not when at the top.
