[wpIdeaForge] Nice start but…

  • I am looking for a way for my visitors to submit some ideas.
    So I tried this plugin.
    It works, no problem, but it would be great :

    • to let the visitor add details, not only a title
    • to let the admin choose the immediate publishing
    • not to let the visitor vote more than once for an idea
    • to add a “thumb up” directly on the widgets
    • to let visitors comment ideas

    I hope you will be able to add these features and it will be a great plugin !

    Thanks for your ideas, this Plugin is some kinde of Beta and it is the first Version. I have a list of things i will add in the near feature:

    – Show Number of unpublished Ideas in Main Menu
    – Add Settings Form
    – Make Status of new Ideas configurable
    – Add Alert for new Idas to Admin Bar
    – Send Mail upon new Idea (configurable)
    – One Vote per User
    – Fix Bug when showing long Ideas in Frontend
    – Make it possible to Link an Article to an Idea
    – Show Articles that has been published because of an Idea

    Because of your List i have added the following:

    – Show poct_conntent for a better description (configurable)
    – Enhance Widgets and make them configurable
