Looks like the mp_product_name header prints the post name without applying a filter.

You can probably fix it easily. See the second section of this article:

I assume that (because of the mp_ prefix), it’s in the Market Place plugin.

I did a Google search and saw something like

apply_filters('mp_product_name_display_in_cart', $data['name'], $product_id)

If that’s exactly what they have now in the code, then you will need to add_filter in functions.php

Something like (not tested)

add_filter( 'mp_product_name_display_in_cart', array( 'WPGlobus_Filters', 'filter__text' ), 0 );

and so on.
