• Hi there!

Love your plugin. Works like a charm. One little issue, though…

When we install Autoptimize (JS and CSS minifier) and activate the “Aggregate JS Files” checkbox, the WPFront notification bar disappears from our website.

Autoptimize, however, gives us an opportunity to skip certain javascripts (.js) that are being used by plugins to help remedy the situation.

Can you tell us what .js file or script WPFront depends on? We’d like to add it to the “Exclude Scripts from Autoptimize” section of the plugin to see if this will help.

    Thanks!

  • I ran into the same issue. The Notification Bar wouldn’t come up when Autoptimize was running and combining all the JS files…

WPFront Notification Bar loads 2 small JavaScript files for its own use. I was able to get it to work with Autoptimize plugin by putting both of them in the Autoptimize “Exclude scripts from Autoptimize” field. So it looks like this:

    wpfront-notification-bar.js,jquery.c.js

I tried just one or the other JS file, but it didn’t work. I had to put both JS files in there for the notification bar to reappear again.

So works now again, but maybe the plugin author can take a look at some point to see if this is the best arrangement.

    Hope that helps!
